Srinagar, June 24 – Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad approved following transfers and postings in the administration. While selecting incumbents for various positions, Cabinet gave special consideration to integrity, ability and suitability of individuals for different posts.
1. Mr. Amit Kushari IAS Financial Commissioner Revenue has been transferred and posted as Director General IMPA.
2. Mr. G. D. Wadhwa IAS Financial Commissioner Labour and Employment Department has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner Revenue.
3. Mr. S. V. Bhave IAS Principal Secretary Revenue Department has been transferred and posted as Resident Commissioner, J&K, New Delhi relieving Mr. Ajit Kumar of additional charge.
4. Mrs. Sonali Kumar IAS Principal Secretary Health and Medical Education has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary ARI and Training.
5. Mr. Anil Goswami IAS Principal Secretary to Chief Minister would hold the additional charge of Health and Medical Education till further orders.
6. Mr. Madhav Lal IAS Principal Secretary Housing has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary Power Development Department.
7. Mr. S. S. Sahni IAS has been posted as Principal Secretary Agriculture Production Department.
8. Mr. A. S. Sidhu IAS Chairman Special Tribunal has been transferred and posted as Chairman Bureau of Public Enterprises.
9. Mr. B. L. Nimash IAS Principal Secretary ARI and Trainings has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary Labour and Employment Department.
10. Mr. R. K. Jerath IAS Principal Secretary R&B has been transferred and posted as Chairman Special Tribunal.
11. Mr. Atal Dulloo IAS Commissioner Secretary PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Departments has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary R&B Department.
12. Mr. Davinder Nargotra IAS Joint Financial Commissioner has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary Transport.
13. Mr. Mehboob Iqbal IAS Commissioner Secretary Rural Development Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
14. Mr. A. K. Parmar IAS Secretary Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman Jammu Development Authority.
15. Mr. A. K. Garyali IAS Secretary ARI and Trainings Department has been transferred and posted as Joint Financial Commissioner.
16. Mr. Asgar Samoon IAS Secretary Agriculture Production Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary Social Welfare Department.
17. Mr. Khazir Mohammad Wani IAS Chairman Services Selection Board has been transferred and posted as Secretary School Education.
18. Mr. Khalid Habib IAS Director CA&PD Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Secretary CA&PD.
19. Ms. Naseema Lanker IAS Secretary Education Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary Housing and Urban Development Department.
20. S Dalip Singh IAS Secretary Home Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary newly created Cooperative Department.
21. Mr. P. S. Betab IAS Secretary Information Department has been transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner J&K.

42. Mr. Abdul Majid Mir KAS Additional DC Budgam has been transferred and posted as Director Land Records Kashmir shall also hold the charge of Settlement Officer Kashmir.
43. Mr. R. K. Sharma KAS General manager SIDCO has been transferred and posted as Spl Secretary Technical Education Department.
44. Mr. A. D. Shinas KAS Additional DC Rajouri has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner (Central) in FC’s Office/
45. Dr. G. N. Qasba KAS Registrar Cooperatives has been transferred and posted as Managing Director JKTDC
46. Mr. Kifiyat Hussain Rizvi, KAS Additional Secretary in Chief Minister’s Office has been transferred and posted as Custodian General.
47. Mr. Abdul Aziz Wani MD JKTDC will report to Secretary Tourism for further posting.

49. Mr. Ramesh Chander Sharma KAS deputy Commissioner (Central) FC’s Office has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary Revenue.
50. Sheikh Ghulam Rasool KAS Additional DC Kupwara has been transferred and posted as Additional DC Baramulla.
51. Mr. Mehraj-ud-Din Kenu KAS Joint Director Industries Department Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Joint Director Sales and Marketing Industries Department.
52. Mr. A. R. Kyuchay KAS PS to HCM has been transferred and posted as MD J&K Handicrafts Corporation.
53. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Zargar KAS Additional Secretary Health has been transferred and posted as Director HPMC
54. Mr. Ghulam Hassan Shah, KAS, MD J&K Handicrafts Corporation has been transferred and posted as Director Command Area Kashmir.
55. Mr. A. K. Kukiloo, KAS, GM, DIC, Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Joint Director (Dev) Industries Department Kashmir.
56. Mr. F. C. Baghat, KAS, GM, DIC Jammu has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Jammu.
