| Militancy in Kashmir flourishing trade: Qayyum Khan | | | Jammu | Apr 27 Inaugurating the second Intra J&K Heart to Heart talk at Ashoka hotel this morning, the former premier of Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) Sardar, Mohd. Abdul Qayyum Khan said, that militancy in Kashmir trade, while the innocent people have become victim of this trade. Khan appreciating the initiative taken by Prof. Bhim Singh in uniting the genuine leadership of politicians and intellectuals for supporting the peace process. HE said, all sections of people should be involved in dialogue to promote peace and develop friendly communication among the people of the different regions. Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Former Chief Minister of J&K state, peace while presenting vote of thanks said, peace is very essential for Indian sub-continent. Briefing the media in the evening after the first day’s talk, Prof. Bhim said that out of 86 invitees 64 attended the Heart to Heart Talk from all regions of the state. He said that it was for the first time that representatives from Ladakh P. Namgyal, Chairman of the Legislative Council from Kargil, (Chairman of the Kargil Hill Council). Participated in the talk. On the other side Raja Faroo Haider Khan, MLA, Muzaffrabad, Riaz Inqlabi, President of Mirpur Bar Association, Sardar Usman Ali Khan and Senior Vice President of PPP in Kashmir, Ch. Muhammad Yasir were among those who intervened in the talk. All participants expressed unconditional support to Dr. Manmohan Singh and Pakistan President Musharraf in their efforts to restore peace and continue the peace persons.
