| PDP condemns Pampore incident | | | Srinagar, April 30:
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today has condemned the Pampore incident in which police and para-military troopers fired at civilians who were protesting against the encroachment upon graveyard land allegedly by Papa Kishtwari.
PDP spokesman termed the incident unfortunate and has demanded immediate inquiry in the incident and action against whosoever is involved in it.
The spokesman has also demanded that the graveyard land be vacated from the encroacher immediately so that the confidence of the people in law and the government is restored.
