| Delegations call on Mufti | | | Srinagar, April 30:
A delegation of PDP Youth Wing of Gurez/Tilel headed by Nazir Ahmad Bhat Zonal President today met PDP patron Mufti Muhammad Sayeed at his Srinagar residence and presented a memorandum in which they raised several issues of the area which includes Tunnel for Gurez, opening of Gilgit and Neelam Valley roads, Micro-hydel Power Project, creation of tehsil Tilel and Nayabat for Bagtore. They also demanded for the upgradation of hospitals and schools at Bagtore and Tilel and special recruitment drive for Gurez and Tilel.
Mufti Muhammad Sayeed assured them that the issues would be raised with the government for appropriate action.
Deputation from Kulgam, Pattan, Wachi, Eidgah and Langate also met Mufti Muhammad Sayeed today and brought into his notice the issues of their respective areas.
