| CISF constable abducted | | |
Jammu, Apr 30—
8th Battalion of Central Industrial Security Force today lodged a complaint with police station Kishtwar that one of their constables had been abducted while returning from his home from Andhra Pradesh.
As per CISF authorities, head constable L vemaiyah resident of Andhra Pradesh had been abducted by some persons, while he was returning to his posting
in Kishtwar.
According to reports, wife of the head constable got a phone call from his husband from an Airtel number 9906129360, who informed her that he had been abducted along with three army jawans, when they had taken a lift in a truck.
The panic struck wife of the Hawaldar, than approached the CISF officials and informed them about the incident.
This matter has been brought into the notice of local police and investigation is on in this regard.
