| Wushu athletes facilitated | | |

A colourful function was organised at Gulshan Ground were the students of various schools were facilitated for their participation in Wushu demonstration on closing ceremony of water zone police tournament 2007.
On the occasion DIG Armed Range Jammu, Gulazar Singh Slathia, who was the Chief Guest expressed pleasure and satisfaction over students sporting talent. He expressed that the hidden talent among teen aged kids need to be groomed for future prospects. DIG Slathia distributed certificates among the children. The function was attended by 52 childrens drawn from five schools. Principals of Tiny Tots and Army School Kaluchak, Vikram Handoo and Kak, Senior Police Officers were present on the occasion are commandant IRP 3rd Bn, Commandant JKAP 4th, Dy. Commandant IR 3rd, DySP Sports, DySP Ranjit Singh and Inspr, Kuldeep Handoo of J&K Police who was instrumental in organizing the show was also felicitated by Slathia.
