| Charak inspects various works at R.S Pura, Samba | | | JAMMU, MAY 01
Minister for Road and Building Mr Gulchain Singh Charak today visited R.S Pura and took stock of various development works. He also visited Kadyal and interacted with the local people who apprised him about their problems regarding repairs and roads.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Charak lauded the role of Dogras and all sections of society in maintaining brotherhood and unity in the area besides appreciating the role of Paramveer Chakra Captain Bana Singh during Kargil war.
The Minister also said that all the works of the roads will taken up within a weeks time at an estimated cost of Rs 19.11 lakh. He also directed the officers of concerned department to maintain quality of work. He assured that all possible help will be provided to this village in maintaining roads connectivity.
Among others MLA Suchetgarh Chowdhary Gharu Ram, Chief Engineer (R&B), SE (R&B) and prominent citizens were also present on the occasion
Later, Minister visited district Samba and inspected various development works. He also inspected repair and construction work on road at Mandian. He instructed on spot instructions to executing agencies to expedite the work so that the people any inconvenience.
