Nagar Singh granted bail in Amandeep murder case 8/28/2014 1:03:25 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 27 : 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Nighat Sultana today granted bail to Choudhary Nagar Singh who was facing trial in fudging of evidence in much publicized Amandeep Murder case and was in custody for the last Nighat Sultana today after hearing Adv RK Kotwal appearing for the applicant whereas Special Public Prosecutor for the state, observed that plea of Choudhary Nagar Singh has the force and the cases of the applicant is no where different from the other accused is similar situated and by taking clue from the judgment of Apex Court and High Court of J&K whereby Rakesh Singh, Manohar Singh and Sultan Mehmood Mirza in the case have already been bailed out and granted bail to the petitioners and directed to release the petitioners on furnishing bail bond to the tune of Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lac) each with the condition that. The applicants on being released on bail shall attend the trial Court on each and every date of hearing and shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. And that they shall not try to give a slip to law in any way. Moreover, he shall not attempt to contact or influence any witness or any other person related to the case.
