| RDD & PR Employees stage protest | | | Jammu, Aug 29 : Jammu and Kashmir RDD & PR employees today staged a protest here at the Directorate Of Rural Development Talab Tillo Jammu under the chairman ship of Anurudh Singh, Convener J&K RDD & PR employees Federation.
The protest was staged against the decision of high power committee constituted by the Government in respect to the creation of post in newly created CD blocks and the issuance of Government order no. 222 Dt. 23.07.2014.
The employees warned state government not to play with the sentiments of the employees of RDD & PR by appointing the employees of departments other then RDD & PR by appointing them as a BDO (violating the Gazatted rules ie SRO 285). We also came to know that government is going to appoint the B.D.O's from the departments other then RDD&PR by violating SRO-285 (gazetted rules) which would not be tolerated at all and the employees of RDD & PR have unanimously decided to boycott the inaugural ceremony of newly created CD Blocks and protest their by hosting the black flags. |
