| Charak lays foundation of Causeway at Dilli | | |

Minister for Roads and Buildings Mr Gulchain Singh Charak today laid the foundation stone of Causeway for connecting Dilli with Channi Himmat area.
The construction of the Causeway would benefit a population of more then thousand families who face inconvenience during rainy season to cross the local Nallah and the Causeway would be constructed in double shift completing this project in a month.
Addressing the gathering, Minister said that construction of causeway and approach road was a long pending demand of the people of the area.
Minister assured the people that the causeway would be opened for the public in June.
Local Corporator Mr. Balwant Singh and Channi Himmat Housing Colony chairman Mr. Amar Singh besides senior engineers of R&B were also present on the occasion.
