| Drug peddler arrested with 1200 capsules | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER

About 1200 narcotic capsules were recovered from a drug peddler who was coming on Motorcycle from neighbouring state of Punjab by the police here today.
According to reports Kathua police on specific information laid a naka at Zaria road and arrested a person identified as Kartar Chand S/o kaka ram of Adarsh Colony, Udhampur while searching police recovered 1200 drug capsules from him when he had purchased from Punjabi. During interrogation Kartar Chand disclosed he had been in the business for the last many years, and used to sell among youth at Udhampur.
Police have registered the case and is investigating the matter.
