| Vaishno Devi pilgrim among two found dead suspiciously | | |

Two persons including a Vaishno Devi pilgrim was found dead under mysterious circumstances today. Meanwhile, Police has taken the cognizance and initiated inquest proceeding in this behalf.
According to reports, a male pilgrim whose identity was established as Gurbachan Singh, 80, son of Gian Chand of Mohalla Birbaran, Dina Nagar Punjab was found dead at Adhkuwari on way to holy cave. Meanwhile, an unidentified body was found lying near road side at Bye Pass Channi Himmat. The body was later shifted to GMC for identification and postmortem. Police has taken the cognizance of the incident and initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 Cr PC in this behalf.
