The first circle conference of All India Bharat Sanchar Nigam Executive Assocation (AIBSNLEA) was held in which
delegates from nook and corner of the state participated.
The conference dwelled on ideas for strengthening both BSNL and association and great enthusiasm was shown by the delegates in the discussion on the issues of importance. The delegate session was addressed by general secretary AIBSNLEA CHQ, New Delhi Prahlad Rai. All the points pertaining to service matters, viability of BSNL, status of pending issues at CHQ/Corporate office were touched. Those present on the occasion included CGMI J&K Circle T R. Wadhwa as Chief Guest, GMT Murlidha as Guest of Honour,. Prahlad Rai General Secretary AIBSNLEA CHQ New Delhi, Fayaz Koul President AIBSNLEA J&K Circle, Baldev Raj, circle secretary, AIBSKNLEA J&K Circle in addition to other distinguished dignitaries were present on the dias and session AIBSNLEA members and representatives from other associations participated in the first conference. Speakers touched all most all the issues pertaining to the betterment of BSNL, viability, organizational set up etc.
