| Symposium on drug addiction organized | | |
KATHUA, MAY 05
A symposium was organized by the Government Higher Secondary School Bani on drug addiction which was presided over by SDM Bani Mr. S. K. Kapoor yesterday. In the symposium fourteen students of five schools of Bani participated. Tasvina Bano secured the first position, second position was secured by Sajid Malik of National Public School of Bani and Anjana Sharma of Government Girls High School Bani stood third.
While addressing S.D.M Bani Mr. S.K. Kapoor told that drug addiction is spoiling our youth, which is curse for the society. It is important to guide the young generation regarding the side effects of drug addiction.
At last S.D.M Bani distributed the prices among the participants. Later a rally was taken out by the students of all the schools through out the Bani towns with the slogans to avoid the drug addiction.
Among others ZEO Bani, Tehsildar Bani, Principal Government Higher Secondary School Bani and al large number of students were present on the occasion.
