| JMC, PDD to intensify efforts for speedy augmentation of street lights | | | EARLY TIMES REPORTER

A meeting was held between the officials of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and Power Development Department (PDD), on the speedy augmentation of street lights in the Jammu city, at PWD Dak Bungalow here today.
Mayor Jammu, Manmohan Choudhary and Chief Engineer PDD (EM&RE), D S Pawar led their respective teams in the meeting. In the meeting, several power related issues were taken up by both the sides which require mutual efforts. Both the sides stressed upon the need for the early augmentation of street lights in the Jammu city.
In the meeting, problem areas were highlighted by the officials of both the sides. Both Mayor and CE PDD passed on instructions to their respective officials for removing the bottlenecks in the way of speedy execution of various development works. Other senior officials from JMC and PDD were also present during the meeting.
