New Delhi, Sept 19 : The Western Railway will run 18 services of a bi-weekly superfast premium special train between Ahmedabad and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to facilitate the travel of passengers during the festive season.
An official press release said train number 09421 Ahm-edabad - Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra (Bi-Weekly) Super Fast “Premium” Special Train will depart Ahmedabad at 16.10 hrs on Wednesday & Saturday, from 1st October, 2014 to 29th October ,2014 and reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 18.30 hrs the next day. Similarly, Train No. 09422, on the return route, will depart from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 21.00 hrs on Thursday & Sunday from 2nd October, 2014 to 30th October, 2014 and will arrive Ahmedabad at 00.45 hrs on third day .
The train will halt at Palanpur, Ajmer, Jaipur, Ludhiana and Jammu Tawi stations in both directions. It will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Second Sleeper class and Pantry car. Premium train booking will open 15 days prior to the date of journey, the release added. |
