DC Kishtwar visits flood ravaged areas of Chatroo 9/20/2014 10:26:06 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Sept 20: In order to reach out the people and to assess the damages caused by the incessant rains and flash floods in the District and to supervise the relief and restoration work, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Javed Khan today visited different parts of Chatroo sub-division.
