| Abandon anti-Jammu, anti-Ladakh policies :BJYM | | | Jammu, May 8 Continuing its protests against the UPA government the activists of Bhartya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) today held a protest demonstration at Kachi Chowni. The protest was led by BJYM state president Pawan Khajuria against the anti-Jammu and anti-Ladakh policies adopted by UPA government. BJYM leaders said that they were protesting against the UPA Government’s decision of holding a Special Massive Recruitment drive of CRPF in which the peoples of the Jammu and ladakh were excluded. The protestors raised slogans against the discriminatory policies of the UPA Government. It was also alleged that the government is discriminating against people of Poonch, Ramban, Doda, Kistwar and other regions including the hilly areas of Udhampur and Kathua districts. It was reminded to the UPA government that rate of unemployment is more in Jammu region than the Kashmir region, and UPA government is organizing such special and massive recruitment rallies only for the Kashmiri people. They said that BJYM will not allow the UPA government to insult the peoples of the Jammu and the Ladakh region. He also asked the government to abandon its anti-Jammu and anti-Ladakh policies. Among those who took part in this protest demonstration were BJYM vice-president Narotam Sharma, Sahil Gupta and Mukesh Sharma, General Secretary Rajiv Charak, secretaries Brahmjyot and Pranav Gupta, Morcha Spokesman Vipan Shastri,etc. were present.
