Speaking on the occasion, Abhajit Bhatacharya said Human have the better ability to communicate as they are capable of using all parameters of communication i.e., audio/ vocal, visual, tactile, physical, written etc. It is the proper utilization of the abilities which credence success. While elaborating on vocal communication he stressed on the importance of body language. If we can scale different components f our communication it will be surprising to know that our physical body has the maximum level in the scale for effective communication. That is why it is necessary to lay emphasize on the importance our body language and voice modulation over the actual communicative words. He further said that a good communiqué is not judged by the high level of language. It is good only if it can be comprehended easily by the receiver. A letter, information bulletin or any of the written communication is well appreciated only if it is comprehended by the reader. This means the clarity of content, its structure and simplicity of language are vital for a good written communiqué. Bhatacharya, a seasoned campaigner of training programs, has over 27 years of experience in Humar Resource Development, training and consultancy which includes over 14 years of expertise in corporate training.
