| Presentation Convent School organizes cleanliness drive | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 1: Presentation Convent School organized a cleanliness drive in the school compound. Students were allotted different areas within the school boundary wherein they participated devoted zealously to clean the school premises.
Teachers also stepped in vigorous idea of making the school environment dirt and dust free. The supportive staff of the school' also joined hands and put their labors in the programme of cleanliness. Svvachh Bharat, Swachh Vidyalaya Campaign by the CBSE served the purpose of inculcating the habit of cleanliness in the students. The school never holds itself back when it comes to community service, issues like health, environment, sanitation etc.
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Ram Navmi, Dushehra and Eid, the school prepared a special morning assembly. Also as a part of initiative taken by CBSE the whole school community took a pledge to keep our surroundings clean and by example lead others following the tenets of Gandhiji. |
