| JU administration turns dictatorial, alleges ABVP leader | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 1 : Jammu University administration has turned dictatorial as it is leaving no stone unturned to appease favorites with different pro-favorites' policies but has denied entry to Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) to hold a national interest seminar titled "Global Scenario and Bharat" in the University Auditorium, alleged ABVP leader Arun. Arun said that the varsity administration has changed different statues in the past to accommodate favorites for its own whims and fancies but when ABVP is organizing a national interest programme in the varsity, it has been denied the entry which is against the interest of patriotic people of the country. He explained his stand citing an example from past when Gharu Ram Choudhary was allowed to organize marriage ceremony of his daughter within the varsity premises. Giving another example, he said where the administration's statues when state was ravaged by the flash floods and the varsity administration was busy in holding interviews to adjust blue eyed? Sandeep Khajuria, President, ABVP Jammu University said that the varsity administration has succumbed to the pressure of the ruling regime of the state and same is the reason to deny the entry to the national interest organization-ABVP.The organization is protesting for seeking permission to organize the seminar within the varsity premise from September 30 and continuing the same today, the organization leader warned to continue with similar demonstrations in future if the issue is not addressed. |
