| Excise CT employees Dharna enter Day 100 | | |

The protest rally launched by re-trenched employees of excise and commercial taxes employees entered 100 day today. The protest rally is being held at Srinagar and Jammu.
Addressing the employees, state president Adil Rashid Khan said, ousted employees are eagerly waiting for orders of re-absorption in the department as has been done in the case Agriculture and education deptt. sometime back. He said ousted employees are in a fix, why the orders in this behalf is not issued as Chief Minister and finance minister have assured of absorption. He further said these ousted employees are suffering from lot of difficulties for the last more than three months. He appealed to the Chief Minister to issue the formal orders of re-absorption of the employees without any further delay.
The ousted employees of Jammu zone are continuing their peaceful strike and demands early absorption in the deptt.
Among others who spoke on the occasion were Rafiq Ahmad Qazi, Mohd. Akbar, Iqbal Bhat, Sarafraz Kahn etc.
