Kathua, Oct 3: Project Officer District Urban Development Agency Kathua Jaffar Abass Batt today distributed certificates and Tool Kits among 20 beneficiaries under Six month skill development training programme, sponsored under SJSRY scheme in Plumbring trade which has been trained at Basohli Kathua.
Speaking on this occasion, Jaffar Abass Batt highlighted importance of skill development training programmes through which unemployed youths can generate self employment ventures. He also asked the youths to step forward and take maximum benefits of trainings and various other benefits of these scheme so that maximum employment can be generated and instead of looking for govt. jobs they can setup their own ventures. Jaffar highlighted the scheme Rajiv Rinn Yojna (RRY) to the needy & poor lanched by Govt.of India under District Urban Dev. Agency in which 5% interest subsidy PA will be borne by the deptt. & Finance by the banker & Housing Finance Corporation. |
