| Action against trustees, priests of Shrine of Mata Maha Kali demanded | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 3: Bahu Fort Development Committee (BFDC) criticized the trustees and priests of the Shrine of Mata Maha Kali at Bahu for the incident in which a devotee died due to suffocation inside the temple and demanded necessary enquiry for this negligence and stern action against the culprits. As per press statement, Rajeev Charak, president Bahu-Fort Development Committee said the deceased was Gurjeet Kour woman of Bawa Singh resident of Sanjay Nagar, Jammu, on Tuesday due to suffocation. Rajeev Charak , president Bahu-Fort Development Committee, condemned her death and expressed his anger over the negligence of the doctors as well as Para medical staff who have been deployed at here for Navratras and where absent at the time of incident. He said that if they all were allowed to go home by any concerned authority. In this statement Rajeev Charak added that the trustees and priests of the shrine may be also enquired about the facilities they have provided at here especially during these navratras he said that they have opened the dispensary at here only for name and fame and not for the convenience of the pilgrims and devotees . Rajeev Charak appealed the government of J&K state to take over the shrine under the board without losing any time. |
