Bar Association Jammu Strike Continue

Jammu, August, 08 :-The strike call given by Bar Association Jammu for transfer of Sex-Scam from Srinagar to Jammu or outside the state entered 42nd day today as the talk between the representative of the Bar Association Jammu and Chief Justice J&K High Court Justice BA Khan not reached in any conclusive result.



According to the Vice-President S Jaspinder Singh during the meeting with the Chief Justice, CJ asked the BAR members to appear in the case at Srinagar and he will provide security but not consider the demand for transfer of case and also for constituting Division Bench at Jammu for deciding the transfer petition which was referred by the Single Bench and appealed the members to call of strike in the interest of public.



The Bar Association Jammu not satisfied with the talk and decided to continue the strike and the work in the High Court Jammu wing and in the Subordinate Courts suffered. JNF
