| CHIEF JUSTICE BA KHAN HONOURED | | |
Jammu, August, 08 :-Justice BA Khan, Chief Justice, Jammu and Kashmir High Court, was honoured at recently held Golden Jubilee Function of India Law Institute at New-Delhi.
The Indian Law Institute set-up on December 27, 1956 is an international centre for advance socio-legal research and has done significant work in the field of Legal Research Education and Training. The Institute has made notable contribution in the field of law and making law as an instrument of social engineering.
Chief Justice of India is ex-officio President of the Institution, Union Law Minister and Attorney General of India is the Ex-Officio Vice-Presidents of the institute. Justice BA Khan (Chief Justice J&K High Court) is member of the Governing Council of the institution; Justice BA Khan was facilitated for his contribution to the institute as the member of its governing counsel.
