He said that Kashmiri leadership in this RTC has categorically made its point that perpetrators and victims of terrorism can’t be dealt with same yardstick. Replying to a question PKM leaders instantly came with a brief reply, “it is suffocating experience that the recommendations of RTCs and WGs are in nature of reversion of commitments of Union Government on the floor of Parliament.’ “It was astonishing the hosts kept silent on the actual focus to see through problem of exiled community and what made them to opt for their exodus from their lovable valley instead their rehabilitation with dignity was clubbed with the dependents of the who bleed the valley in 90s.
Ashwani Churngoo and other eminent Pandita leaders O N Pandita chairman Political Affairs Committee and Prof M L Raina senior vice president PKM in chorus regretfully said, “ With regrets over the Muslim communalism that has dominated the RTCs has forced them to disassociate from RTCs.’ KP leadership simply termed the recommendation of WG about welfare of KP community are obnoxious and vociferated that the main issues of KP community like ‘Rehabilitation and Employment to KP youths has been completely ignored and added satirically said that the RTCs and WGs seemed to accommodate the amnesty to the militants and for their rehabilitation.
