Personnel Security Officer (PSO) of Vice Chancellor Kashmir University died due to cardiac arrest, here today.
Identified as selection-grade Constable Ramesh Singh of Nagrota Kathua, the PSO reportedly complained of severe chest pain, this morning and was rushed to the hospital. However, doctors declared him as brought dead.
