| Various Sikh organisation condemn Sacha-Suda Guru | | | Jammu | may 15 Various Sikh organisation of the state have strongly condemned the alleged heinous crime by a so-called Baba at Bhatinda (Punjab) saying that it has hurt the religious sentiments of Sikh community. Leaders of community in their separate statement have said, that the present incident seems to be a part of a large conspiracy to arouse the sentiments of Sikhs and have demanded strong action against the self-styled Guru of Dera Sacha-Sauda. Bhai Kanahiya Nishkam Seva Society at a protest demonstration at Satwari Chowk demanded arrest of the so called Guru and urged upon the Punjab govt. to arrest the person who has declared himself as Guru. Prominent Sikh leaders took part in the rally. Mahant Manjit Singh of Dera Nangali Sahib (Poonch) has demanded strict action against the culprit. He has appealed to the Sikh community both in J&K and Punjab to be united and maintain communal harmony and brotherhood. Sikh Intellectual Circle in a meeting demanded strong action against the culprit for hunting the sentiments and said that this act shows some deep rooted conspiracy on the part of anti-sikh forces and urged upon the Punjab Chief Minister to take action against the perpetrators who have taken law in their hands. State Gurdwara Prabandakh Board, Sikh Students federation, Sikh Nojawan Sabha and District Gurdwara Prabandaka Committee, in a emergency meeting took stock of the events at Bhatinda and condemned the heinous crime by so called Baba, which has hurt the religious sentiments of Sikh Community in the country and aboard.
