| Islamia Faredia Institute completes 101 years of its existence. | | |

Anjuman Islamia Kishtwar, known as Islamia Faredia Educational and Research Institute, has completed its 101 years of its existence .Set up in 1905 AD, the institution stated with a primary school has developed into a full fledged 10+2 school besides having a B.Ed college.
The institute spread over more than 10 Kanals of land depicts a good architectural design, where the student’s rights from Kindergarten to Higher Secondary classes are accommodated. The number of students is presently more than 1500.
In addition to this, the Institute also runs B.Ed classes with a modest roll of about 500 students with hostel facilities for both girls and boys.
The institute despite limited resources has been managing the affairs but its further expansion is only possible if people contribute generously for the right cause.
