| RSS, VHP flay PDP for adopting pro-militant stand | | | Jammu, May 17 Condemning the Peoples Democratic Party for taking a pro-militant approach, Vishav Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal today protested against the party for demanding demilitarization in state. Bajrang Dal, national president, Ram Parkash Sharma said “How a former Chief Minister can pressurize the central government to take out Army outside the state”. Instead of taking action against pro-militants activities, the centre government is mum of the issue. Referring to Geelani’s Rally in Srinagar, Sharma said that militants raised pro-Pakistani slogans and govt. instead of taking action say that it had no report about any such rally. Vishav Hindu Parishad, state president, Rama Kant Dubey, terming the step of demilitarization as anti-India, told the reporters that after the demilitarization from the upper reaches of Poonch and Doda regions, the number of massacares are increased day by day. Also there is no letup in infiltration attempts by the militants from the other side of the border. He also warned the state and the centre goverment not to play with the sentiments of innocent people and asked the state government to take action against the dual politicians otherwise the VHP and Bajrang Dal will have to take action against such traitors.
