| Sanitation fee draws protest | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | May 17 Young Panthers today staged a protest demonstration against sanitation fee imposed by Jammu Municipal Corporation. Vinod Singh Jamwal, State Youth secretary Panthers Party led the protests and demanded revoking of the said proposal. Addressing the protestors, Vinod said that it is not possible for everybody to pay Rs. 50 for house and Rs100 for shops. Government has already imposed countless taxes on poor people. He further said that elected representatives are not fulfilling the desire of poor people and added that if the municipal corporation is not able to provide sanitation facilities to the people then there is no need of such corporation. Others who were present on this occasion included Rajinder Kumar, Rajesh Gupta, Himanshu Sharma, Ravinder Singh, Munish Sawhney, Brij Mohan Sharma, Mohd. Hafiz and Vivek Singh.
