Jammu | May 18—Sales Tax Employees Welfare Association in a meeting chaired by president of the association, Santantar Bakshi has hailed the decision of the state government in releasing 6 percent D.A. in favour of the employees and pensioners.
Addressing the employees, Bakshi said, “We hope the other demands of the employees which are still pending with government for consideration will be met soon”. He also said, the re-trenched employees of the excise department should be taken back in service as they have no other alternative.
Among others present in the meeting were Romesh Chander Sharma, Nazir Ahmad, Surinder Sharma, Anjum Wazir Sandesh Sharma, Shallo Ram Kundal, Gian Chand, Shushil Sharma, Ashok Singh and Kuljeet Singh.
