Reallocation of Migrants’ camps demanded

Jammu | May 19
PDP, state secretary, Youth and in charge Migrants Youth cell Rajesh Bhat has expressed deep concern over the high rate of pollution prevailing in Ceramics migrant camp, Kathua and Battal-Ballian migrants camp, Udhampur. He has demanded relocation of these camps, because due to the presence of large number of factories in the nearby vicinity, the area is full of pollution and large number of residents have become affected and there is a high incidence of Bronchits and Asthma among the camp inmates which have been mostly due to toxin environment.
Bhat, said, it is feared that if immediately the camps are not relocated, the intimates conditions will become worst and added even the small children are facing health problems.
Bhat has asked the state government for relocation of these camps at an earliest.
