| Wife arrested for husband’s murder | | |

Satwari police today arrested a lady in the murder case of her husband on the complaint of her in laws. According to reports, some day back army personnel namely Abdul Majid, son of Mohd Bashir of Jawahar Nagar, Satwari found murdered under mysterious circumstances in his house. Later, police registered a murder case in this regard and initiated inquest proceedings in this regard.
Reports said this morning, the family members of the deceased registered a complaint in police station alleging therein that their son was murdered by his wife owing to her illicit relation with some person. After registering the complaint, police swung into action and picked his wife namely Sonia and took her to police station for further interrogation. Her interrogation was on when report last came in.
