| 6 qtls bukhhi seized, 4 arrested | | |
Srinagar, May 20
Police today seized about 6 quintals of Fukhhi and arrested four persons in Pulwama district of South Kashmir on Sunday morning.
Official sources said that based on specific inputs a team of police from Rajpora police station intercepted a truck, JK03-3666, in the outskirts of Rajpora this morning. On searching the truck the police recovered about six quintals of Fukhhi being smuggled by the accused.
A machine used for preparation of Fukhhi was also recovered from the truck, sources told News Agency of Kashmir adding, four persons traveling in the truck, including the driver were taken into custody.
The identification of the accused could not be ascertained immediately
