| GHS Ramnagar celebrates annual day | | |
UDHAMPUR, May 20
Government High School Ramnagar celebrated annual day function with great enthusiasm and solemnity today in which large number of students, parents and tehsil officers participated.
MLA Ramnagar, Mr Harsh Dev Singh was the chief guest on the occasion.
Addressing on the occasion Mr Singh said that annual day celebration provides a chance to students, teachers and parents for having close interaction and analyses of achievements and shortfalls of the institution. He called upon the teaching fraternity to devote their hearted energies in calculating social and moral values.
Singh asked students to take keen interest in co-curricular activities as well for their overall personality development besides devoting their whole hearted energies in achieving academic excellence for a bright future.
On the demand of school administration, Mr Singh announced to provide Rs 50,000 from his Constituency Development Fund for construction of school bathroom.
The students of the school also presented a scintillating cultural programme.
Meritorious Brilliant students were also awarded with trophies on the occasion
