PDP will change destiny of J&K: Mufti | | | Early Times Report
Samba, Nov 25 : Peoples Democratic Party patron and former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed has reiterated his assurance of changing the destiny of the people of Jammu & Kashmir. Addressing a large gathering in Samba town today in favour of local party candidate Sunny Sangral, Mufti Sayeed said that the vision document and mission of making the state a model state of the country will open a new phase of development and prosperity. He said our government will establish a new system through our visionary policies, in which every region of the state will achieve development and social and economic growth." Referring to his achievements during his previous tenure, Mufti said that his government had given Samba. The status of Sub-District which was later upgraded as district, He said that every step will be taken for overall development of the district. The PDP patron assured the local youth that his govt. will provide jobs for them in local Industrial Area and added that after forming the govt. recruitment in police department will be started from Samba itself. Speaking on the occasion senior party leader Vikramaditya Singh while praising the vision and personality of Mufti Sayeed he said that he is a visionary leader who has capability of reaching and helping even the poorest of the poor. While highlighting the achievements of Mufti, Vikramaditya Singh said that during his tenure a comprehensive development plan was implemented to provide the benefits of development to all the sections of society. Alleging that previous governments have discriminated with Jammu Division, Vikramaditya Singh assured the people that PDP stands by the peoples of the state and equitable development of all the regions will be ensured. Singh said that PDP is movement which has emerged as strong and credible voice of the people of J&K. |
