Shingari conducts door-to-door campaign 11/26/2014 11:36:01 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 26 : Reiterating his pledge for the overall development, S. Surinder Singh Shingari- candidate on Congress mandate from Jammu West constituency conducted door to door campaign in Ward number 41 at Colonal Colony, Hajuri Bagh. He was accompanied by Baldev Raj (Ward President), J.L Koul (Block President) along with number of other activists who highlighted Shingari's priorities to strive hard for overall development of Jammu West Constituency. He requested the voters to cast their valuable votes in his favour. He promised to come upto their expectations & will give priority for the needy & down trodden persons of the society to get their problems of day to day solved. In the evening, a door to door campaign was conducted at Word No.39 Patoli.
