Congress candidate Ashok Sharma files nomination papers 11/30/2014 11:29:39 PM Rajouri, Nov 30: Ashok Kumar Sharma, former Congress MLA and Congress candidate from Kalakot Assembly Constituency has become the first person to file nomination papers from Rajouri district on Friday. SherazBegam, resident of Sagrawat in DarhalMalkan area is the only woman candidate who has collected nomination papers in Rajouri district. According to DrBasharatHussain, Returning Officer (RO) Kalakot, Ashok Sharma has filed his nomination papers in the afternoon on Friday. He added that till today 6 nomination papers were collected by the candidates including two independents. BJP candidate, Abdul GhaniKohli was the only candidate who collected nomination papers today. DeepatiUppal, SDM and RO, Nowshera constituency said that till today 10 nomination papers were collected by the contesting candidates but no nomination paper was filed yet. YogeshKesar, RO Rajouri said that 17 nomination papers have been issued till today which include 11 independent candidates but no nomination was filed yet.
