SBI, Life Insurance today announced the launch of ‘Agency Online’, an exclusive portal designed to meet the needs of its growing insurance advisor base.
MD & CEO SBI Life Insurance Shankar Roy said, “In line with our customer-centric philosophy, we are committed towards development of technology infrastructure enabling our business to provide better customer services. Agency Online is an initiative towards empowering and equipping Insurance Advisors with tools that facilitate self-learning and delivering right customer advice.”
One of the key features of Agency Online is the “Profile Score” which helps Insurance Advisors to understand customer’s risk profile and offer solutions that meet customer’s investment objectives.
It also offers insurance Advisors customer friendly tools that include premium calculators, customer portfolios, Products flip charts, policy tracker, renewal reminder enabling better customer advice and service. It also keeps Insurance Advisors can also keep themselves abreast of organisation related information pertaining to policy bonus declared and fund performance reports.
