86 crossed LOC through Chakien-de-Bagh

Poonch, May 21
About eighty six persons crossed Line of Control from either side through Chakien-de-Bagh, here today.

These include those Indian and Pakistani Nationals who returned after meeting their relatives on the either side of the Line of control.

In total 26 crossed from Indian side, all of them PAK nationals who had come to meet their relatives. However, despite hundreds of applications submitted by the people of this side no one could get permission from the PAK authorities to visit their relations living on the other side of the LOC.

Similarly, 60 crossed to this side, among which 18 were returnees, while 42 were PAK nationals who came to this side to meet their relatives.

General Manger District Industries Centre Poonch Mehboob Khan supervised the crossing of passengers from this side, while Nayeem Jafri was designated officer for Hijara
