| Judicial employee arrested for militant links | | | Srinagar, May 21 An employee Jammu and Kashmir Judiciary among two persons landed up in police custody for their alleged links with banned Hizbul Mujahideen militants group. Official sources said that the suspects, allegedly working as over ground workers with HM, were arrested from Budgam area of central Kashmir. Based on specific information 35 Rashtriya Rifles and Jammu Kashmir police launched a search operation in general area Khan Sahib of Budgam district and arrested the accused persons, a defence spokesman told News Agency of Kashmir. They were identified as Fayaz Ahmed Ahanger son of Abdul Ahad Ahanger resident of Zugu Khariyan Beerwah and Abdul Qayoom Dar son of Khalid Dar of Baramulla. Qayoom, sources said is an employee of judicial department and presently posted as clerk in district court Baramulla. After sustained interrogation the duo was handed over to local police Station Budgam for further interrogation.
