JAMMU, MAY 22
The Jammu and Kashmir High Court, in the interest of administration, today ordered transfers and posting of four District and Sessions Judges.
The order to this effect was issued by the Registrar General of the State Court today.
According to the order, Ghulam Mohi- ud- Din Dar M/S SS Sarangal, Presiding Officer Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Jammu and Mr. Bansi Lal Bhat, Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal Labour Court have been ordered to swap their places of postings.
Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Akhoon, 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge Doda while Mr. Asmat Hussain Shah, on transfer as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Doda, has now been posted as 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar.
