Azad greets people on Rakshabandhan

Srinagar, AUGUST 08 – Chief Minister Mr. Ghulam Nab I Azad has felicitated the people on Rakshabandhan describing it a quique and high value festival where sisters exhibit their love for brothers, seek their welfare and long life and brothers reciprocate the same with promise to protect their honour and dignity.
Mr. Azad said India is a land of many religions, cultures and tribes but we celebrate the festivals together and value and respect each others faith adding “this makes our country greatest of all”.
He said let this festival strengthen the bonds of love and brotherhood and he harbinger of peace and prosperity.
