The stir by ousted excise and commercial taxes employees entered 114th day here today.
State president of the Association Adil Rashid Khan said , “we are on the peaceful protest after the assurances of Hon’ble Chief Minister, during the recent meeting of employees of Joint Action Committee led by Nazir Ahmed Mir regarding the re-absorption of the ousted employees. But after four months of commitment by the Chief Minister no official statement has been issued by the Government side to absorb the ousted employees. We are eagerly waiting for the positive response from the government in order to get the appointment orders for Govt. job from which they had been ousted after the nine years of the regular service.
