Rejecting out-rightly the suggestions given by Sajjad lone of People Conference Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party supermo Bhim Singh said, “ How the peoples representing militants can suggest about the future of the State.”
He added that we don’t believe in the trifurcation of the state on the communal lines. The suggestion of Lone is nothing new but only a repetition of the old (1951) notorious Dixon Plan, which already stands rejected by the peoples of both sides as well as by India and Pakistan.
He also stated that even the Sardar Mohd. Abdul Qayyum Khan former president and Prime Minister and the supremo of Muslim Conference of PoK, has rejected the idea of creating of new J&K.
We cannot ignore the regional aspirations of Ladakh and Jammu people and cannot infuse ‘the Dixon plan’ which is the creation of the Anglo-American Bloc in the fifties to destabilize India. Communal agenda pursed by some forces in J&K has already caused damage to the state and it cannot be allowed further space, he added.
He asserted that the only solution of the internal conflict lies in providing equitable and just share in power and development to all the three regions. It must start from delimitation of the Assembly constituencies to remove the political discrimination against the Jammu and Ladakh regions.
