For possessing assets disproportionate to his known source of income, Syed Tariq Ahmad Naqashbandi, Special Judge, Anti Corruption, Kashmir today charge sheeted former Executive Engineer Mohammed Ramzan Nadaf S/o Ali Mohammed. Nadaf R/o Sector No. 1, Hillalabad, Qamarwari, Srinagar.
Following registration of a case on July 9, 2005 in the Vigilance Organization, investigation was taken up consequent upon which it was established that the same engineer possessed assets both movable and immovable beyond his known source of income. The alleged accused was found to be in possession of nearly Rs.14 crores, besides over Rs.67 lakh as interest
The next date of hearing has been fixed on June 20.2007 by the Court. The accused was present while being charge sheeted
