Jammu, Dec 17: Students of Lawrence Public School won Best Participation Trophy in 7th State Speedball Championship 2014-15 held at MA stadium by winning 9 Gold Medals, 13 Silver Medals and 12 Bronze Medals. In this 7th State Championship around 1200 students from 6 different districts had participated. Students of Lawrence Public School who won Gold Medals included Priyanshu Dhar, Irfan Khan, Heeya Rajput, Paramjeet Singh, Devraj Sharma, Kunal Sharma, Vaibhav Saraf, Umesh Gupta, Swayam Khajuria. The silver medal winner included Shivam Bhat, Akshi Verma, Rizwan Rafiq, Sammer Ali, Harish Singh Jasrotia, Mohd Asif, Amit Raina, Rahul Kumar, Akshay Kumar, Mohd Farzan, Sania Kohli, Khushi Kapoor, Vishal Singh. The Bronze medal winners included Saima Akhter, Umar Bukhari, Sai Bhat, Kashish Langeh, Akarshan Sharma,Arjun Singh, Ashish Raina, Manvi Baru, Yigneshwar Jamwal, Amit Kumar, Nitin Jamwal, Swayam. The founder Principal Shakuntla Joshi while congratulating the students lauded the efforts of their coach Sahil Janjua. |
