| Re-designation of Resident Commissioner, New Delhi | | |
Srinagar, May 24
Government has accorded sanction to the re-designation of the posts of Resident Commissioner J&K Government, New Delhi as Principal Resident Commissioner as and when the posts is held by the officers of the rank of Principals Secretary to the government and above and Secretary in the Resident Commission as Deputy Resident Commissioner and Ex-Officio Secretary, Resident Commission.
Consequent upon the said orders, S V Bhave Resident Commissioner has been designated as Principal Resident Commissioner J&K Government New Delhi and M H Malik, Secretary in the Resident commission has been re-designated as Deputy Resident Commissioner and ex-officio Secretary, Resident Commission J&K Government New Delhi.
The government has also accorded sanction for establishment of camp office of Directorate of Handloom at Srinagar. As per government order the Director Handloom will sit for 10 days in a month in camp office excluding the touring days in Kashmir division
